By accessing or using Proign's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Proign provides a multi-tenant B2B/B2C platform including modules for order fulfillment, dealer rewards, customer support, warranty management, tax exemption certificates, and trade-in programs. Access to specific features depends on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Proign platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Proign LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proign LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
